Bio

Jennifer is originally from South Florida where she grew up exploring the coasts along the Gulf of Mexico.  She received a degree in Environmental/Recreational Management from Thomas University in South Georgia and did her internship with the Florida Park Service in Tallahassee. Before joining the Discovery Hall Program at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab in May of 2013, she worked as the Education Coordinator at the Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  

Things she looks forward to in 2018 are further development of the Lionfish as Invasive Species Activities, becoming a Sustainability in Science Museums Fellow and having a blast exploring the coastal environment with students and campers.
